Our paper, Suzuki K., Abe H., MacMahon H., and Doi K.: Image-processing technique for suppressing ribs in chest radiographs by means of massive training artificial neural network (MTANN), IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging 25: 406-416, 2006, was ranked among the top 100 most downloaded IEEE Xplore articles in January in 2008, and it was introduced among 26 articles in September issue of IEEE Signal Processing Magazine (IF: 12.6).
